The 1 NIKKOR AW 11-27.5mm f/3.5-5.6 Lens from Nikon is compatible with the Nikon 1 AW mirrorless camera series and provides the 35mm focal length equivalence of 30-74mm. Its versatile zoom range is effective from wide-angle to portrait length telephoto. As it is designed exclusively for the Nikon 1 AW series, this lens is waterproof to 49′ (15 m), shockproof to 6.6′ (2 m), dustproof, and freezeproof to 14°F. When shooting underwater, the lens can zoom in and out utilizing the manual zoom ring and it supports auto distortion control for more natural looking underwater images.

With one aspherical lens element and one extra-low dispersion element, chromatic aberrations are minimized and a rounded, 7-blade diaphragm provides pleasing out of focus areas. The lens’ minimum focus distance is 11.8″ and it has a 40.5mm filter diameter.
