The Toy 28mm f/2.8 Bokehmorphic Lens for Sony APS-C E-Mount from SLR Magic is a compact manual focus lens for Sony APS-C E-mount cameras that enables the out-of-focus highlights to take on shapes such as stars, hearts and even ninjas. The 35mm focal length equivalence of this lens is 42mm when used on an E-mount APS-C camera. It provides sharp focus and a smooth-action focus ring with “Near” and “Far” markings to assist in finding focus. The aperture adjustment ring also provides markings indicating which aperture shape you are setting. A built-in lens hood provides a 37mm filter thread diameter.
- By moving the aperture ring to the corresponding shape this Bokehmorphic lens enables the creation of creative shapes in the image’s out-of-focus highlights. Shapes include heart, circle, star, anamorphic, ninja, flower, and diamond.
